Vehicle had more kilometers on it than per sales contract and request for service went nowhere.
2014 Honda Ridgeline. As advertised 34,000 km as received within 3 days 38,700. Offer to settle, $500 in Honda Products via the dealer. I appreciated the offer but suggested it was too low. I countered with a request for 4 winter tires on rims. Denied and dealer said the $500 was a good offer. I suggested we look at depreciation cost per km times 4700 if closer to $500 I accept their solution. If above then I get my tires. No response. I requested service to the Ridgelines tonneau cover, no response. All in all it has been a hurtful negative experience.
