Warranty and lack follow up

SD card for nissan altima was needed. Brought car in i think on Tues and was told follow up thurs or Friday. Called fri around 1pm June 1st and i told girl who answered i was waiting on call back or email that did not happen from earlier in the week. Girl who answered phone (dont think it was parts as when she tried to transfer no answer i told her waiting and she said i will go slap someone amd they will call back. I had to call back at 450pm as no one called. Tyler answered and was good and apologized. He told me card not covered under warranty. This did not go over well. Bought car Oct from you. Cole advised at that time warranty covered everything excluding (routers calipers) was with my brother at time who asked again all covered including digital screen etc. I did not read warranty as we asked and trusted. Tyler called back and advised you palladino would cover cost. My dealings with kennedy and tyler are good. Always friendly. Was disappointed in lack follow up and proper information regarding warranty
