I had appointment and the advisor was unavailable when I picked up vehicle. I asked to speak with the mechanic and showed him my pictures of the problem. When I went out to the car and the problem was still occurring , my husband went in and brought the mechanic out to show him in person. He indicated that parts were going to ordered. After a week and no call to say they had come in, I called and was informed that there were no parts on order as nothing was wrong with my vehicle on the maintenance report. I asked to speak with the advisor and left message Thursday June 14th, called back on Monday and again today. I would like an explanation as to whether anything is being done. There is definitely an issue with the backup camera system (even if you consider it a guideline only).
