Bodyshop ordeal

I dropped my corvette off to have the front bumper replaced resulting from an MPI claim. I had no update as of 4 days later, so I called. The lady said she didn't have details but it looked like it would be done 2 days later, but to call back the next mroning. Called and left a message the next morning - not return call. Called the morning it was to be done and was told that they are on the 3rd defective bumper from Chevrolet. They "offered" to put the original damaged bumper back on and let me take it home - which I accepted. Have since left a message asking when it will be going in to get the repair done and no return call yet - 4 business days and counting! Communication is absolutely horrible!!!
