Rental car was not on time.

The car was great but this was the second or third time I've arrived to pick up my rental and it's been "en route" and not there on time. The car was a half hour late. That's unacceptable. There's a reason people might order a rental for a specific time. If it happened once I wouldn't complain but it had happened a couple times and I worry about renting from you if it means I may risk being late to wherever I need to go. If you expect customers to have vehicles back on time and you would charge then if they were late, where is my discount for waiting a half hour for my car?
