I am sorry that we were not able to satisfy you completely. For the last 2 months you have had several minor repairs done that were not covered by warranty or safety issues. These were done as a matter of goodwill at no cost to you even though they were not an issue when you took delivery. We even rescheduled several service appointments that you missed. I am not sure what more we could have done. Please give me a call when you get a chance so I can find out exactly what you were unhappy with.
