Booking online is nearly impossible; booking over the phone creates too much friction.

I reserved and SUV from Friday to Monday through the call centre (because the online booking has terrible user experience) and had to call the location directly every day, every 2 hours, with no one picking up. The reason I had to call was because the quote/confirmation didn't have the price, and I had no idea if the car was actually going to be ready for me. It took calling Discount Corporate rentals to figure out that the phone number that the first customer service rep gave me for the location was wrong. Once I had the correct number, the manager at the location (Ali) was great to work with! He confirmed that the car would be available, confirmed the cost, and dealing directly with him was a pleasure. It's 2018 you guys - let me book vehicles online (please fix your terrible UX), and I'll come to Discount more often. ;)
