They mistakenly charged my credit card twice

After dropping off the car everything was fine until I noticed that my credit card statement showed a charge of $40 on top of what I had already paid. I called, they acknowledged there was a mistake and assured me the charge would be voided. But instead there was a $644 additional charge on my credit card. This caused my card to get flagged and now I can’t use it. After calling back I was notified it was another error and that someone would call me right back. It’s been nearly 10 hours and I have yet to hear back and have yet to see the money returned. Probably two honest mistakes, but still very disappointing and frustrating. I deserve more than just my own money back
