I was about to give up on Kia after dealing with another dealership (one person there made the experience unpleasant). Then I decided to go back to the Bank Street Kia dealership where I had purchased two other vehicles over the past years. Well I must say it was like night and day. I felt welcome and special, like they really wanted to help me get the new car. And they did. My Hats off to both Sunny and Ernest. I was looking for something specific and they found it for me. I have my new vehicle now (loving it) and I have let my friends know that if they are looking for a Kia to go to the Bank Street Kia dealership for the service that everyone expects when making that decision to purchase a new car.
