Richard Cross and and 2018 S4 are both excellent.
I’ve dealt with Richard several times over the years and have always found him knowledgeable and helpful in addressing any servicing issues.
I’ve loved the new S4 in the couple months I’ve had it. Numerous feature improvements over the 2015 S4, particularly in navigation, in voice recognition and in the cell phone interface. It’s also quicker. It has been frustrating that the Audi Connect feature does not work, as it seems to think my car is a US product. And the garage door opening feature, which worked fine in the 2015 model no longer works (in the2018 model) even though it’s the same garage.
