Worst Experience in getting a rental car.

My experience with Discount was really bad but at the end I was given a good car. The worst Experience started after discount's agent cancelling my online reservation without a notice. I made a complaint online and on the phone. You guys did a good job to follow up with me after my complaint but to finalize the deal was really bad. I was told to go to your branch in balton on Piercy street and that branch closes at 2pm, I was told to go there after 2pm. It seems to me that discount sent me to that location so that I could give up. How could I give up while my weekend plans were in jeopardy? Nice try Discount. At the end, I went to brampton location and was given a nice, big car. That's my ordeal with Discount. Thanks
