Good Rental, Poor Customer Service

My Dad and I had no issues with the rental truck itself, there were no hidden fees or costs, everything was upfront, unlimited kms was great, etc. However, we gave them my petro-points card when picking up the truck to pay with points, but they needed a credit card on file for potential damages, fine. When dropping off the truck we again informed them that this rental was to be deducted from my petro-points, the lady at the counter said okay, did some typing on the computer and then proceeded to charge the credit card on file. When we again informed her that we wanted to use the petro-points she said it was too late and if we wanted to address it we would have to speak to a manager. We have been working on this but it is difficult to get in contact with someone.
