I felt talked down to.

The person at the service desk seemed to be in a rush speaking very fast and not looking at me. Explaining many things rhyming off several different services and prices. My car wasn’t cleaned inside and not really the best outside. My last service it wasn’t cleaned at all. Ever since dealership changed owners my experience hasn’t been the best.
