Don't waste your time. FULL OF MISCOMMUNICATION.
WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER!
My experience at the dealership...to say it was a huge waste of my time is an understatement. It was unprofessional and honestly, it was disrespectful. My test drive consisted of 20 minutes at a gas station with someone who knew absolutely nothing about the vehicle in question (by her own admission). It was her first time in the vehicle, there was no gas in the vehicle when it came time to go on the test drive (which we set up days earlier), she called me by the wrong name while we were driving the vehicle, she didn't review any of previous emails because she asked me all the same questions we had previously discussed and that just shows lack of interest and preparation. She had to ask my boyfriend to get out and check the tires because she didn't know anything about the air levels and it took 10 minutes for her to try to open the gas hatch - again, my boyfriend was the one who eventually had to show her how to do it. She spent almost another 10 minutes trying to figure out the gas pump and by that time, I had made up my mind that I was done. The worst part is that I loved the vehicle and was very excited about it when I arrived at the dealership. But that was short lived because I was extremely disappointed in the quality of people representing Sherwood Honda and I can honestly say I will never go back, nor will I ever recommend it to anyone I know.
It blows my mind that someone who's business is selling cars, knows absolutely nothing about them.
To top that off, a Sherwood Customer Service Representative, had been emailing me about my initial inquiry and following up with me to see how things went. As soon as I mentioned that I'd had a terrible experience and asked her where I could make a formal complaint, the emails stopped and I haven't heard from her since.
The only saving grace here is that the Pre-Owned Sales Manager did get in touch with me after seeing one of my emails and seemed genuinely concerned about my horrible experience at the dealership.
There's a reason they don't show their yelp score because it's 2/5. If only you could give zeros....
