Declined things i asked for and felt rushed
I explained warranty was important to me. I drove 5 hours after a month of making arrangements to buy my 3rd vehicle from sherwood honda. When i got there. I was not offered a test drive. Did not even see the suv until it was time to drive it home. The warranty wasnt added on even though i made it clear it was important to me only to be told i can pay it in cash. Which i did not want. I was not asked about any other benefits like the insurances if something happens to me the payments are covered. I also asked for different rims as i dont like the stock ones and was told that he would look into before i got there. Afterwards he said it was not worth it & that the rims on it are ok. But wouldn't that be my decision? It was over all a terrible experience. This is the 3rd brand new vehicle i bought from Sherwood honda since 2015. I was a loyal customer but im not sure if i will return when it comes time to trade in this suv
