Car hire collection not as expected when compared to other companies around the world

We pre booked and payed for a car with you.From arriving at your office to leaving took 1hour and 35 minutes. You appeared to be short of staff in the office. Some were motivated in their work and tried their best to help,some didn’t seem to care about customer service at all. The car was not ready and clean and we had to watch it been cleaned.This was after standing in line for about an hour.There were about 6 or 7 people in front of us. We paid for a car with a full tank of fuel to return empty and only on checking after we were 10 Kms away noticed the fuel tank was just under half full. I didn’t return at that time because of the time we had already spent at your premises. I rang and spoke to one of your staff who said they would sort this out on our return to your office at the end of the argreement. I was asked to check the vehicle but didn’t notice the fuel level. 1 hour and 35 mins of STANDING IN YOR OFFICE DIDNT HELP Thanks Glyn Burns
