Very simple process, with one little glitch.

Reserved several days in advance a cargo van and was “upgraded” to a huge cube truck. I could handle the truck, it was disappointed that my own insurance coverage was not transferable to a large cube truck. Had to pay the extra $26 for the day of insurance. If I received the cargo van as originally requested, my own insurance coverage would have applied and I would have saved quite a bit of money for the few hours I actually used the vehicle. So I was disappointed at that, but the vehicle worked out great and the process was very easy and professional.
