Reservation not changed, and dirty truck

I originally had my booking for Monday. Tried calling several times to change to Wednesday and was told “we are super busy, could you call back”. Then when I did speak to someone they assured me it was no problem. On Wednesday when I arrived, I was told that my reservation was cancelled as a no show and my booking was never moved! It was lucky that there was a truck available. The truck itself was very dirty in the cab. Garbage and dirt in cup holders. Stains on the dash etc. Was not happy with my overall experience.
