The day before my rental 2 different associates called me to confirm I was, I fact, going to pick it up. I confirmed both times. On the morning of the pick up, there was a long lineup, and I heard every person in front of me be offered a different vehicle than the one they ordered. I was given the very last vehicle available, and everyone behind me in line was very upset. There were only two employees, and they said they were "overbooked". This should not happen, and the company has a horrible rental system in place, to allow overbooking to happen. I will likely not be renting with discount again.
