Mixed feelings on this experience

Salesperson (Chris) really went above and beyond to help out. However the “business managers” who were handling the post-sales transactions which made me very upset about this whole deal and even doubting the efforts put into getting exactly what I came in for. After complaining and having my bad experience brought up to the store and regional managers, Oscar (store manager) contacted me to apologies and offered to reimburse expenses I had occurred due to BMs mistakes. Thanks to that I ended up with that mix feeling about the experience lived during the purchase of that vehicle upgrade and making me regret moving forward with the deal instead of waiting a couple more years while taking my time to shop around.
