Poor
First of all it was Helene's spouce Sam who had the service done.The staff is always excellent at the service counter. The problem I have is the ethics of the company, Palladino. I was suckered into buying a used car that should have not passed a mechanical safety, yet was sold to me under that premise. Now I was stuck paying for repairs that should have been done before I bought the car. I will question if me and my wife Helene will continue to do business with the Palladino car group.
