Very disappointed service appointment
I was there last week Friday July 27/18. I had an appointment to have service done on my 2006 Mini Cooper. I arrived well before my 10:00 am appointment and met with Brian in the service department. After discussing what I needed done, they took my keys and I thought they began the work. I was originally told the work would take 2 hours. After waiting until 2:00 pm, we finally called the dealership. Talking again with Brian, the work wasn't done, we were told the transmission fluid should be changed for $700.00 and a new transmission is $7000.00. In the end, nothing was done on my car and I still had to pay over $250.00. I've been asking myself all week what I paid for and keep getting the same answer, nothing. And Brian has not returned our call. I will never again visit this service department. The visit was a waste of my day and my money.
