Frustrated with the service department.

Routine maintenance with too low of kilometers to change the oil before it being a year since it was last changed. It would have been due in September and my maintenance appointment was in July and there was no way I was going to put on 11000 kilometers before September. When picking up my vehicle I was told we have to get you back on track with your oil changes. During this service they did do the oil change only because I talked to a lady inside the dealership about how frustrated I was when I they wouldn't change the oil because the year wasn't up being from out of town and not reaching the kilometers anyways I didnt see the big deal.

Our service advisors are trained to follow Toyota's recommended service schedule because it is in the best interests of our customer however, we acknowledge that some people prefer to do things differently and we should always consider this too.
