Tire Rotation
I went for a "Free" oil change on my car. The email I received said I needed to get my tires rotated. So I did for about $80.00. When I picked it up I didn't look at my tires. When I picked up my friend she noticed that on one side both hub caps were damaged and one tire was gouged. So I took it back to Wheaton's. I had told them that they needed to use the key that I had left out to remove the tires. I went back and said that the car was in perfect shape when I brought it in and that the rims, tire was not damaged when I brought it in. They claim that I hit the sidewalk. Wouldn't you think that I would know that I hit a sidewalk! There are so many sensors on that car that one can't get close to anything without a sensor going off. So I am NOT IMPRESSED. So much for buying a NEW car!
