Worst Service

I went to this Mazda location for a service check up and was informed that they will be throwing in a paint pen free of cost as well. As a result, I decided to do the check up costing me $90 instead of going to my own car repairman. After promising me the pen, they told me to come back to pick it up when it arrived. When I arrived they told me that I had to pay and were extremely rude. This was the most disgusting treatment I have ever experienced and I recommend going somewhere more honest. They acknowledged they miscommunicated but did nothing about it. I had to also drive a far distance to get to their location. Worst customer support ever.
