Booked for a Chevrolet Malibu sedan or similar car. Booking made well in advance. Was provided with a Kia Sorento. How is Kia sorento an upgrade? Which I never asked for? Because of the so called upgrade ended up spending higher on gas compared to a sedan. On asking to change the car, it was rudely told to me that we do not have any car available, if you dont want the booking can be cancel. Great customer service. What i realized is that the location does not have any Chevrolet cars, hence the customer is always cheated by offering a KIA upgrade each time an "intermediate" class of car is booked. I had booked for 1pm and reached the loction at 130, yet the car was not ready. Never again.
