I live an hour away from Ottawa/ Hyundai dealership, I work until 1:30. At 2:15 I called to say I was going to be late, 3:30-ish. In Ottawa, 417 was a parking lot. Got a text asking if I was still coming, told them about the situation but was en-route. Turning onto Hunt Club Rd from Woodroofe, 3:50 got a call saying they sold it. Was rudely informed it was "gased and ready to go at 3:00" despite all the communication between us. Kevin and Hyundai Hunt Club are more concerned with sales over customer service. Karma is a b**ch tho.

We have a customer in the showroom that wanted the vehicle and we couldn't just turn them away because you were on your way. That would be unfair to the person sitting in front of us. If you called Best buy and they informed you they had one more tv in stock and you rushed to get there only to find out someone bought it before you, I hope you wouldn't hold them responsible for doing their job.
