Quite A Dissapointment

The car was released to my person with garbage left over from the previous renter. I was suprised by this because the garbage was in plain sight, and yet, the rental location failed to notice this and dispose of it. I called the rental location to notify them of the suprising/hazardous/illegal leftovers and there was no sign of sympathy from the representative. I received a call from Discount Customer Service a day after returning the vehicle, conducting a survey as per the experience I had with this location. Among the few questions asked was, "Did the rental location call you to follow up with you?" I replied by saying "no." I guess this is a policy of the rental agency which was not upheld from this location. Was quite disappointed after hearing this. The only positive thing about this was I was upgraded with no extra charge as the category of car I reserved was not available.
