Lack of communication and information before visit
Asked if needed ride home one would assume longer job found out done 20 Mins or so never got call back to tell me finished as I took ride home should assume I might need ride back. Car sat on lot one whole day I called next afternoon to find out done. Also repair I guess is as good as it can be but not what I thought was happening to car. So this experience was not good. Won’t say that about all of my dealings have enjoyed dealing with you so this one left a sour taste in mouth
