Within the past week I purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram Laramie from Stop 23. The salesman Jared Bieman was helpful assisting me in having the car brought in from another salesman on a Sunday morning. All questions were handled in a professional manner and if he did not know the answer said so! When the car was picked up the car he explained everything fully to myself and my wife. I ordered the installation of a 5th wheel hitch but later found I only needed the rails and asked that the hitch be returned and that I would then be credited. Although I have not yet received the credit I am expecting it shortly. The few phone calls made to the Sales Manager Bill Watson and the shop were handled in an efficient, professional and friendly manner. I would recommend STOP 23 if you need to purchase a car.
