Cargo Van Rental

I rented a van on August 30, 2018. I specifically asked for unlimited mileage and when I picked up the vehicle, I asked again to get unlimited mileage, only to find out when I returned the vehicle that I was only given 200km. Your attendant was on the phone while processing my vehicle and clearly did not pay attention to my request. When I returned the vehicle, I was told I had to pay an extra $34 because I went over the mileage. Knowing that I had asked for unlimited when I booked and also reminded them when I picked up, clearly this was disregarded. This is so disappointing from a company like Discount who claims to have the best rate. I felt so ripped off in the end as they insisted that they did not make the mistake even though I had specified this is what I wanted.
