Slow service

There was a dispute of a customer that took about 45 minutes to solve (from the moment I got there, it probably started earlier), so the two attendants or going back and forth in talks to this customer and were slow to service other customers. At least they made the courtesy of letting me stay with the car over the weekend despite of my rental was only for a day.
