Dealing with them at the dealership was fine. The purchase process and delivery of the veihicle was fine. They lose 4 stars because of the first service that I brought my vehicle in for. The mechanic discovered that the front passenger hub nut was lose! I had drove the car thousands of km by that time and this but could have easily come off and caused serious damage. As of this service, I regret ever buying a vehicle from them and I will ensure that none of my family or friends ever go. Simply put they sold me an unsafe vehicle and I am lucky that nothing major happened due to their mechanics neglect.
