I saw the vehicle advertised and went to see it. Checked oil level with the sales person. Very low and dirty. After 2 weeks when I took possession the oil still had not been changed. Vehicle was advertised as having Bluetooth and it didn't . Vehicle had not been cleaned at first inspection so did not show the damage to the body. It passed safety but no other checks were done as per condition of the vehicle. No warranty work requests were completed so the vehicle needs all fluids flushed and changed. This totals several hundred dollars. Dealership not willing to negotiate any further. I cannot return the vehicle and have learned that the good Brand Name does not mean anything without the good intentions of the people connected to the business of buying and selling vehicles. The people who represent the Brand Name have shown empathy towards my situation but the people selling to me seem only concerned with profits.

I'm sad that I have discovered a flaw in the engine design regarding variable valve timing. I wonder if anyone will tell me what can be done about this. Future maintenance may turn out to be more than I can afford. Also nobody has replied to my emails requesting an update on agreed to repairs. I was hoping for a better experience.
