Absolute Worse Treatment Ever

My 2014 Hyundai Elantra GT had its engine replaced as part of a recall. During the work, the mechanics at Hunt Club Hyundai in Ottawa ON, left a bolt rattling around in my transmission. As a result of this NEGLIGENCE, it was diagnosed that I need a new transmission. The service manager, Ian Hunter, authorised all expenses for the replacement of my transmission. Being that I was on a family vacation in North Carolina at the time, this included: a rental vehicle while in North Carolina, flights home for my son an myself, a rental vehicle in Ottawa, while my car was being repaired in North Carolina flights back to North Carolina to pick up my car hotels and meals for the return trip. All of these authorised expenses were paid by me on my credit card. I submitted my expenses to Jesse Della Vedova - General Manager of Hunt Club Hyundai on September 6th. I want to be reimbursed immediately for my expenses. Please let me know when I may be able to pick up my cheque. This is the absolute worse customer service.
