Mostly good, but missed the mark badly in pre delivery inspection
I discovered after a few days that the left front signal light was not working, When I purchased the vehicle I was told 48 hours was required to have car ready ( pre delivery inspection ). I decided to have a look over the car myself which was fine except I could not find the Electronic rust protection system . I went to the dealer the next day and they found there was no bulb in the left front signal light and that the Rust Protection System was not installed ( I paid $ 1700.00 plus tax for this system) The Service Manager was very respectful and had the bulb replaced and the Rust Protection System installed. He offered a free oil change which I will accept. I do not think this was intentional but I do think that you do have a problem within your dealership. Most people would never realize they did not get what they paid for !!
