Had a good overall experience buying a van. If this wasn't the exact van I wanted and needed financing I would gone else where. Very cheap on your offers to get the payments down, could have had a run down of what the van could do and how the features worked, had to figure most of them out myself. Had to fight to get a paint chip fixed properly. Overall with the honda pretty owned perks it was worth the buy.
