Friendly and courteous sales/service staff. Spoke with Scott Bridge in regards to a rav4 I saw online and wanted to test drive! I made the 4 hr trip (Sept 15) and they had the vehicle all ready for the test drive . Scott answered all my numerous questions/concerns promptly .I'm glad I made the 4 hr (total 8 hrs total road trip) to drive and buy my 'new to me ' 2011 RAV4 4wd limited edition !! Love it ❤❤ They even delivered the vehicle to an agreed upon meeting point (sept 20) so that I didn't have to convince any of my friends/family to drive 8 hrs to pick it up!! Thanks for awesome service .Also Justin in the service dept is very courteous, friendly and accommodating. All my inquiries via phone/email were answered promptly. Highly Recommended
