Wait time and return needed
Upon booking my appointment, it was clear that I would be waiting for my vehicle. The customer service was fine and it was made clear upon arrival that I would be waiting at least 1.5 hours but I waited more than 2.5 hours. I had also asked to run a diagnostic on the media center and all that was done, accounting to the information I was given, was that they played music from phone and used the back up camera to check functionality. The media centre problem is intermittent and I understand that, but I really thought they would have checked the computer. I also had to go back in the next day because the vehicle was no longer throwing heat.
