Displeased with Myers Nissan

My daughter & husband where here Oct 13th looking at cars as my daughter's Versa lease was almost up & as well, my husband was looking for a new car for ourselves. My daughter liked the Kicks but was here visiting & lives in Kitchener so left. However Mike pursued her with phone calls to Kitchener. He got her to agree to leasing that car & even threw in the winter tires for signing & told her that car would be driven to her in Kitchener.. She then followed through giving $1000 & sending by mail as requested her ownership papers. However this week she was informed there is no longer that car for her. & he was cancelling the deal. I had to go to the Myers store to pick up her original ownership papers & cancelled $1000. With the mail strike she won't receive them back for some time. I spoke with Mike Casselman & Colin Mill expressed how displeased we were. Mike said he offered her an upgrade for an extra $600 / yr. I asked him if it was just a ploy to upsale. Manager Colin was useless giving me his card if in future he can help me in any way. Seriously how can he possibly think we would do business there. My husband & I r getting a new car in December & now it most certainly won't be there. Very upset by their dealings with us.
