Follow up review to bad service experience
I was having difficulty getting any type of service on my new car I had just purchased from Myers Nissan oOrleans. The sales process went extremely smoothly, however I needed a few things done by the Service department and this is where the problems occurred. Without revisiting this issue, i was eventually contacted by Tina Deschamps who looked in to the matter for me. Before that day was over, all of the issues I was experiencing were taken care, and I also received a discount on the service work for the aggravation I had experienced. Top notch recovery and customer response at this level.
