Poor Salesmanship

The downside of working with the Honda brand is that the vehicles sells by itself, so little to no training is invested in the sales staff. I met with the salesperson in Parkway Honda who not only didn’t show me all the features but was very bad at objection handling. The fact that the training was negligible was obvious when the person couldn’t tell me why CRV is better than competition. While Mujib was an eager to please sales person. His obnoxious manager does tend to piss you off. Don’t know how he was made manager with such poor customer management skills. Please live up to the brand.
