Don reacted to our concerns and went to bat for us on our trade value.. He came up with solutions of undercoating the purchased vehicle when we had concerns of corrosion from a vehicle coming from eastern Canada. When we wanted to test drive a vehicle, Don insured it was clean, inside or warmed up during poor weather. He let us know about special promotions and insured we qualified. The management took the time to meet us when we made our purchase decision and thanked us for the business.
