Professional and excellent experience dealt with David.

It's my second car in one year. I was really disappointed by the 2018 Q5, had to change the whole engine within 7000km, then went to service for tons of times for other weird issues. Joking with the service people that I might have gone to the dealership as frequently as the employees there. So decided to try another new model (2018 S5). One more time, David was my dealer and he provided me with excellent experience again using his expertise. Which is a big relieve after all the suffering from the car itself. I hope it will recover some confidence for me to stay with the Audi.
