Worse Experience Ever

My reservation was done and when I call at the time that was given to me to pick up, they said they had no vehicle available. I told him I needed a car as my car was gone for an estimate and I was told my rental vehicle would be ready. They said you can go to another location and they can help you. He booked me at another location. It was close to the place I was at for an estimate, but the pick up guy came half an hour late, because of that we both got late to work. We finally arrived at the rental place, they said the only vehicle they had was a pick up truck. I was so disappointed. I had no option but to get that vehicle as they said it was the only vehicle available. I drove that truck for my regular routine and in one day, it cost me $40 to fill it to full. My own vehicle costs me less than $5 for the same travel. I asked to accommodate me for all this trouble and the extra charge I got due to this heavy duty truck, I was told they can't as they manager is on vacation. Worse experience ever.
