Knowledgeable sales person and prompt follow up.
Traded in my Wrangler and got a good deal on another Jeep. Overall pleasant experience and everything went smooth and as agreed, although getting a part to fix minor issue took a month, but the communication was prompt and it got fixed as soon as it arrived.
