Awful service with rude attendants.

We were in an accident and insurance offered us a rental, they wanted us to go with a different company but I chose you because of a pervious positive experience. We went to pick up the vehicle and no cars were available, they were going to upgrade us to a Van, but when we indicated that we didn't want a Van and would prefer an SUV or truck if they didn't have any cars. The attendant became exasperated and sighed like we were putting her out. We tried to ask her questions but she didn't answer us, changed the subject, or appeared to answer something else rather than talking about what we wanted to know. We left feeling stressed out more than we already were with the whole experience.
