Internet buyers beware

Purchased a used truck at this dealership over the internet I asked all pertinent questions knowing that I had to trust both the salesman and the dealership to be honest and trustworthy This was my first mistake I asked about very precise items and had written responses just to end up being a lie I was also told that the vehicle would be cleaned and detailed IT was not the surface was good but underside was so caked with mud that installing anything underneath has become near impossible My second mistake was expecting the dealership to correct any of the problems This being an internet sale I do not live close by so they dont care Any chance of making money on service work or repeat business is not there Also because the truck was going out of province I had to resafety it and discovered that the safety they did was at best questionable So just to recap Even if it cost you your down payment be prepared to walk away from this dealer iv there are any question anout the deal once you arrive becaue there is no satisfaction afterwards Better yet stay away from them all together
