Shuttle Service was bad

The issue with our visit wasn't the service, our car was serviced and ready to go as expected, no issues there. The issue was the shuttle service. My wife had our car at Honda at 830ish the day of our appointment, I received the text saying checked in at 8:38am. She told them she needs a ride to Costco (2 minutes down the road) as she works at 9am. She was told it won't be long. She ended to up being 15 minutes late for work, and got in trouble for being late. She was not happy. The shuttle was also 15 minutes late picking her up. I understand traffic and all, but she was already late in the morning. She was not happy with the shuttling service. Perhaps you may need more drivers/shuttles available.
