Trading my car

I bought a 2012 Mazda 3 last November and was told recently that Mazda wanted to buy my vehicle and put me into something newer. I recently went back to Mazda to see about them wanting to purchase my car. I am very displeased about the service i received as i went in multiple times for the same purpose as my calls were not being returned and no one was giving me any answers on this subject. It was a big slap in the face for me to have been told by the Finance Manager that i can't exchange my car every year. I found that very rude, abrupt and unprofessional to have an institution treat me this way. Not only did they insult me by doing this but they also low balled me on their offer. I am writing this post to warn other customers of their methods and intentions , i find it very disappointing to see this from Mazda.My personal experience has been very displeasing and I shall not return nor shall I recommend anyone to this dealership.
